Expertise in Contemporary Joinery
You have a project in mind (show a beautiful photo of a finished project)
Following your request for information, we provide you with technical advice, possible options, choices of edges, colours, cost estimates.
You have a dimensioned drawing with descriptions.
Following agreement on the price and possible adjustments to the project, our research department will send you a technical design layout for your approval.
Planning is drawn up in agreement with the customer. For the manufacture of kitchen designs, it takes between 4 and 6 weeks before the units are fitted. This is to allow for the supply time of panels and tanks, for particular colours and production time.
Visit by an electronic arm operator equipped with sensors linked to a portable computer. This procedure, which is unique within the profession, ensures the precision and reliability of the template.
The panels arrive in pallets of a dozen. There are about 100 colours available.
The numerical control cutter cuts out the technical layouts previously drawn up by computer software (AutoCAD).
The edges are touched up using a portable cutter.
The rigidity of the layouts is reinforced by white melamine water-repellent panels measuring 19 or 25 mm, or by a metallic structure.
Meticulous preparation ensures the quality of adhesion joints.
Custom-made or readymade tanks are added to the design then attached using an exclusive Corian® adhesive. After sanding, the joints become imperceptible, perfectly waterproof and exceptionally hard-wearing.
The height of the splashboards is chosen by the customer. Attached using Corian® adhesive, the joints become imperceptible after sanding.
The filleted splashboards have a curve that allows optimum cleaning.
Several sandings are necessary to set off the beauty of Corian®. It is possible to give the product a matte or glossy finish of varying degrees as desired, depending on the choice of colours.
A quality control check is carried out at each stage of production by the quality supervisor before the product is dispatched.
Depending on the dimensions of the design, the joints are adhered on site after being meticulously prepared in the workshop. The middle panel is then adjusted on site.
The curve is thermoformed after heating to follow the curve of the basin.
The visible thickness of the design is achieved by means of invisible adhesive bonding.
Several profiles can be achieved using thermoforming.
The height of the curve usually varies between 12 and 130, 150 or 200 mm.
The basin can be curved and then adjusted to the design.
The basins or tanks can be custom-made to give an original flow of water.
When its thickness is shaved out, Corian® offers a transparent effect that is set off by lighting.
The panel was carved before being curved to turn it into a centre light.
