Bathroom basins and vanity tops are generally made from IROKO, an African wood traditionally used to construction ships. This wood has a warm colour, and darkens slightly during the first months of exposure to the lignt.
The basins are also available in American MAPLE, a light wood that goes very well with contempory decors. We can also mzkr other models in Frensh oak, a noble, traditional wood used in Frensh furniture.
The basins are made from a block of wood glued with a press and routed by means of a hydraulic duplicator turning lathe.

The vanities are cut in an N/C machining centre.
Each sink is treated according to a patented process wich stabilized the wood permanently. the finish includes several layers of resins and varnish applied by hand between each sanding. Each sink is then stamped with its warranty identification number.
The basins are fitted into a wooden vanity with no visible joints. Basins can also be assembled on an existing vanity or a metal stand.
Vanity tops can also be customised according to the customer's needs.
Each basin is numbered and has a 2-year warranty.
